GetDocsSigned is an online platform for small businesses: e-signatures, AI-built forms and searchable records with compliance checklists, with unlimited users on every plan from $9.99 a month. It was founded in 2026 by William Heath, founder, and is part of Bacano Systems LLC.

What does GetDocsSigned do?

  • E-signatures. Upload a PDF, place fields, send it. Signers sign from any device with no account, and every envelope keeps an audit trail.
  • Forms. Describe a form or upload a PDF and the AI form builder drafts it. Publish it as a link; responses can include signatures, uploads and phone scans.
  • Records. Signed documents and form responses file into searchable folders, with checklists that show what is still missing and reminders that ask for it.
  • Healthcare accounts. Practices that handle patient information get a separate account, set up by hand under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Regular accounts are not for patient information.
