Every self-serve tier is a single-user account. There is no "add a seat" option — putting a second person on Jotform means an Enterprise conversation and a custom quote. We are not going to publish a guess at what that costs.

For one person who needs high submission volume, Jotform Silver at $49/month buys 2,500 submissions where our Professional at $49.99 buys 2,000 — near enough identical, and Gold's 10,000 submissions for $129 has no equivalent below our Business tier. For a team, the comparison stops being about volume at all: our price does not change when the fifth person needs access, and theirs requires a different product.
What Jotform Does Better
- Template library. Thousands of pre-built templates across every industry. GetDocsSigned generates forms with AI instead, which is faster from a blank page but gives you nothing to browse.
- Submission volume per dollar for a single user. Gold's 10,000 submissions a month at $129 is more volume per dollar than anything we offer below Business.
- Third-party integrations. Hundreds of native connectors — Google Sheets, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Slack. GetDocsSigned is focused on the form-to-signature-to-record workflow and does not have a comparable catalogue.
- PDF import. Jotform Smart PDF Forms imports a PDF, detects its existing form fields and converts them, on every plan. This page previously claimed Jotform could not do this. That was wrong, and it has been corrected.
- Track record. Nearly twenty years and millions of users. For organisations that require an established vendor, that history counts.
